Whenever a user inserts a remanufactured cartridge into FP printers the following message pops up on the screen: ’The inserted cartridge is not an original FP product”

 All you need to do is to hit “Check Mark” or ""Okay" and then the cartridge should work.

Contact Failure?: To resolve follow below:

1. Select "Continue
2. Select "Change Cartridges"
3. The Lid will ope, press down on the cartridge and remove from machine
4. Clean cartridge contacts. With a rubber eraser gently rub the contacts on the ink cartridge
5. Insert cartridge back into the machine, ensuring that the print head faces down and away from you
6. Close Lid
7. After the machine performs a cartridge cleaning it will ask for a test print.
