PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, and email so we can send a confirmation of the order. Fax your PO to 800.831.8092 or email it to us at [email protected]. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours. PERSONAL CHECK AND MONEY ORDERS

Payments made by checks to Cartridge Pros that are not honored by the bank will incur a returned check fee of $25. Returned check reimbursement payments must be in the form of cash, cashier’s checks, certified funds or money order. Failure to reimburse Cartridge Pros for fee’s will result in your account being marked as fraud and your account will be closed. Cartridge Pros will no longer accept check payments from customers with two returned items on their account.
