Warranty
Our products are backed by a ONE YEAR guarantee ***(Excluding any of our Value Line products, which carry a 90 day warranty). If you are unhappy for any reason, we will replace the product or exchange for another product (minus shipping if applicable).
Un-opened Products may be returned for refund within 90 Days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee that is subtracted from the refund amount. Customer is also responsible for all return shipping charges.
You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for any merchandise being returned to Cartridgepros. Contact customer service.
