Un-opened Products may be returned for credit within 90 Days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee that is subtracted from the credit amount. Customer is also responsible for all return shipping charges.
Defective product can be returned with an RMA number only.You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for any merchandise being returned to Cartridgepros. Contact customer service. Return shipping charges will be refunded upon receipt of product.
