Our friendly sales staff is available to help you find the product that best fits your needs. We also offer service through our retail outlets starting in 2005.

| Most orders are processed and shipped same day. Shipping time is based upon the ship method and the destination of the package. Most of our shipments are based out of Virginia Beach. |

| 8. What does refilling my cartridge do? |

Refilling is a form of recycling your inkjet cartridge by replenishing the ink supply and reusing the printhead. By doing so you not only help the environment, but save yourself a lot of money in the process.CartridgePros utilizes the latest vacuum chamber technology to ensure superb performance and long cartridge life. |
| 9. How many times can I get my ink jet cartridge refilled? |
| The number of times a cartridge can be refilled depends on the condition of the cartridge and the printheads. The better the condition the printhead is kept in, the longer the cartridge will last, and the more times the cartridge can be refilled. |
| 10. When should I refill my inkjet cartridge? |
| The best time to refill the inkjet cartridge is before it completely runs out of ink, or immediately after it runs out. Refilling at this time prevents the ink from drying out inside the printhead and clogging the printhead. It's wise to have one ready for replacement. |
| 11. Will using your cartridges void the OEM's warranty on my printer? |
| No. Refilling your inkjet or toner cartridge does not tamper with your printer in any way, and therefore does not effect your warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the consumer is allowed the right to choose any consumable they desire for their printer, and allowed to make any repairs to the printer cartridge they deem necessary. This allows for the use of remanufactured and compatible cartridges. |
| 12. What is the proper way to handle my inkjet cartridge? |
| Always handle your inkjet cartridge with care. Never touch the metal printhead or electrical components with your hands. Try to keep ink in the cartridge at all times to prevent the print nozzles from drying out. If you plan on storing the cartridge outside of the printer, put tape over the print head and keep it in a ziplock bag to prevent air from drying the nozzles out. |
